I started as a software engineer, writing backends and infrastructure, and grew into leading teams that ship products end to end. That mix of hands-on building and managing is what I bring to AI today: knowing what a model can do is only half of it; the other half is turning it into something reliable, affordable, and genuinely useful.

我从软件工程师做起，写后端、搭基础设施，后来带团队把产品从零做到上线。动手做和带团队这两段经历，是我现在做 AI 的底子：知道模型能做什么只是一半，另一半是把它做成稳定、划算、真正好用的东西。
